CANTON, NY - Ogdensburg-based State Police arrested Jospeph L. Cutwa, 22, of Canton early Sunday morning.

Cutwa was pulled over on State Route 37 in the Town of Oswegatchie.  He was ticketed for No Headlight, Inadequate Muffler, and Aggravated DWI.  Police say that he was found to have a BAC of .18%.

Cutwa was released on appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Oswegatchie Court on January 13th, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.
