Woman injured in Stockholm Accident |

STOCKHOLM, NY - Winthrop-based State Police say a woman was injured in an accident on Livingston Road Saturday night in the Town of Stockholm.
Police say that Erik McLaughlin was driving eastbound on Livingtson Road approaching a stop sign at the intersection of Old Market Road when he attempted to stop but was unable to due to road conditions.
The vehicle slid through the intersection and exited the roadway, striking numerous sapling trees.
Allison McLaughlin, a passenger in the vehicle was transported to Canton Potsdam Hospital complaining of neck pain.
Erik McLaughlin was ticketed for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, returnable to the Town of Stockholm Court on January 20th, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.
