DWI arrest in the Village of Clayton

Sippell, 54, of Clayton, NY for Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree.

At approximately 5:20 p.m. on 12/02/09, Ms. Sippell failed to stop at a stop sign on County Route 3 at the intersection of State Route 12. Further investigation revealed that she was intoxicated, her driver's license was revoked for a prior alcohol-related offense, and that the vehicle she was operating was uninspected.

She was arraigned before Village of Clayton Justice Giles and released on her own recognizance, to reappear 12/04/09.
