Man Charged with Driving While Ability Impaired |

GOUVERNEUR, NY - On 11/27/09 at 10:40 p.m., Gouverneur-based State Police arrested Joey D. Durham, 26, of Hammond, NY stemming from a vehicle and traffic stop on SR-11 in the Town of Gouverneur.
Durham was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired, as well as violation of PL 220.45, Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument, a Class A misdemeanor. He was also charged with Unsafe Starting and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. All charges are to be answered in the Town of Gouverneur Court on 12/03/09 at 4:00 p.m.
