ORLEANS, NY - On 11/25/09 at approximately 3:00 a.m., the New York State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested Scott A. Meisch, age 21, of Clayton, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.

Mr. Meisch was stopped after the vehicle he was operating was observed crossing the hazard lines on ST-12 in the Town of Orleans. His BAC was 0.12%. He was issued tickets returnable 12/15/09 to the Town of Orleans Court and released.
