CLAYTON, NY - Alexandria Bay-based State Police arrested Penny L. O'Hara, 49, of Watertown following an argument at John Mosier's residence in the Town of Clayton.

Police say that during the argument, O'Hara slapped and punched Mr. Mosier then left the residence taking his car keys and some clothing.  She was charged with 2nd-Degree Harassment and Petit Larceny.

O'Hara was arraigned in the Town of Clayton Court and released on her own recognizance to reappear at a later date.
