Lisbon Man Arrested after Domestic Incident

LISBON, NY - Ogdensburg-based State Police arrested Robert H. Johnson, 26, of Lisbon, NY on 11/20/09 for the Penal Law charge of Criminal Contempt 2nd degree, and Vehicle and Traffic Law violations of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle 3rd, Unlicensed Operator, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration, and Failure to Change Address with DMV. This was the result of the investigation of a domestic incident that occurred between Johnson and his girlfriend.

Johnson was then arraigned in the Town of Madrid Court by Judge Appleby in the early hours of 11/21/09, where he was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional on $800 cash bail and is to return to the Town of Lisbon Court 11/24/09 at 7:00 p.m.
