OSWEGATCHIE, NY - On 11/18/09, Ogdensburg-based State Police arrested Damian M. Trimm, 17, of Ogdensburg, stemming from a vehicle stop in which Trimm fled on foot. Trimm was operating a 2004 Jeep Liberty on CR-6 in the Town of Oswegatchie with no license plate lamp. Upon being stopped, Trimm exited the vehicle and fled on foot into a nearby field.

New York State Police were assisted by U.S. Border Patrol, Ogdensburg Police, and St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department.

The subject was located and issued tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, Unlicensed Operator, Unattended Motor Vehicle, and Inadequate Plate Lamp. All tickets are returnable on 12/02/09 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town of Oswegatchie.
