MORRISTOWN, NY - On 11/19/09, Ogdensburg-based State Police arrested Douglas Ada, age 41, of Hammond, NY for DWI. Ada was operating a 1998 Dodge Ram on County Route 6 when he crossed over the fog line, almost striking a parked State Police patrol vehicle. Ada had a reportable BAC of .14% and was issued the following tickets returnable to the Town of Morristown Court: DWI, Failed to Change Address, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Crossing Hazard Markings, and Talking on a Mobile Phone While Operating a Motor Vehicle.
