WATERTOWN, NY - Watertown-based State Police arrested Francis J. Ehman, 36, of Oswego yesterday.Police allege that Ehman used a credit card number stolen from Frank Cean of Henderson, NY to purchase a snowblower from Sears in the Salmon Run Mall in Watertown without permission to do so. Ehman was charged with 4th-Degree Grand Larceny and 3rd-Degree Unlawful Possession of Personal Information ID. He was issued Appearance Tickets returnable to the Town of Watertown Court on November 19th, 2009.
