MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Martin L.
Nemeth, 25, of Ithaca, NY for Unlawful
Possession of Marijuana, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance, one (1) count of Controlled Substance Not In
Its Original Container, and Following Too Close, subsequent to an
investigation of a property damage accident on State Route 56 in the
hamlet of Raymondville, Town of Norfolk. Nemeth was placed under arrest
and transported to the State Police station in Massena where he was
processed without incident. Nemeth was arraigned in the Town of Norfolk
Court by Norfolk Town Justice Lustyik and remanded to St. Lawrence
County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $15,000 secured bail bond.
