Lisbon Man charged w/ DWI after accident

LISBON, NY - State Police arrested Drew P. Lowry, 23, of Lisbon, NY following an automobile accident on County Route 28 early Saturday morning.

Police say that Lowry was traveling Eastbound on Country Route 28 when he drove off the right side of the roadway and his vehicle overturned. Lowry was charged with Aggravated DWI after police found him to be intoxicated with a BAC of .21%. He was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Lisbon Court on November 17th, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.
