MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Marcus A. Shatraw, 19, of Winthrop, NY for one count of Endangering
the Welfare of a Child and one count of Harassment 2nd subsequent to a
domestic incident in which Shatraw is accused of striking, head
butting, and pulling the hair of his girlfriend while she held the
couple's 8-week-old daughter. Shatraw was arraigned in the Town of
Norfolk Court before Town Justice Grubee and released to the
supervision of probation. Shatraw has a return date in the Town of
Stockholm Court on 11/14/09 at 6:00 PM.
