DWI and Marijuana Charges for Gouverneur Man

OGDENSBURG, NY - On 11/2/09 at approximately 10:30 pm Jamie R. Henderson, 40, of Gouverneur, NY was stopped on SR 58 in Macomb for failure to keep right. He crossed the center line numerous times. Upon interview and performance of standardized field sobriety tests, he was arrested for DWI. Subsequent to arrest he was found in possession of a marijuana pipe and 1.0 grams of marijuana. He was processed at SP Ogdensburg and arraigned in front of Morristown Judge Phillips. He is to return to Morristown court on Thurs. Nov. 5th at 4:00 p.m. He was ticketed for felony DWI, Consuming Alcohol In A Motor Vehicle, Failure To Keep Right, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
