POTSDAM, NY -- Police charged four people with traffic violations in separate incidents on Monday, 10/26/09. The cases were remanded to Potsdam Village Court, 11/19/09.

Samantha J. Monohon, 18, of Auburn, NH was given a traffic summons after police observed her vehicle failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian in the crosswalk on Main Street.

Daniel J. Marlow, 47, of Malone, NY was issued a traffic summons after police observed him failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian in the crosswalk on Main Street.

Gavin T. Dominy, 17, of Colton, NY was ticketed for following too close, failing to stop, and rear-ending the vehicle in front of him. The accident, which caused property damage to both vehicles, occurred on Main Street in front of the Roxy Theatre.

Patrol responded to a report of a two-car property damage motor vehicle accident on the May Road. Jillian P. Blumberg, 20, of New City, NY was given a ticket for failure to yield right of way while entering the May Road from the Burger King parking lot.
