WATERTOWN, NY - Watertow-based State Police arrested Michael Oller, 16, of Adams Center yesterday.Police allege that Oller had sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl on September 12th, 2009 in the Town of Adams. He was charged with 1 count of Sexual Misconduct and 1 Count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Oller was arraigned before Town of Adams Justice Karen Peebles and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $500 cash bail.
