Potsdam Nabs 2 for DWI, Urination

POTSDAM, NY - Potsdam Village Police Department charged two individuals early this morning:

Kevin M. Swanson, 51, of Scottsville, NY was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Signal a Turn, and Moving From Lane Unsafely.  Police say that Swanson's breath test indicated a .12% BAC.  He was released on tickets returnable to the Potsdam Village Court on October 28th, 2009.

Melvin L. Lashomb, Jr., 21, of Potsdam, NY was charged with Public Urination after police allegedly observed him urinating in the Filter Plant Alley early this morning..  Lashomb's ticket is also returnable to Village Court on October 28th, 2009.
