 Recently, the 21st Annual SUNY Potsdam Scholarship Golf Classic offered an exciting opportunity for sponsors and golfers. At the close of the tournament, eligible golfers each took one shot at the 18th cup from 150 yards out for a chance to qualify for a $100,000 prize. Here, John Love of Syracuse, an alumnus from the Class of 1986, lets his shot fly as other shootout contestants look on. The 2009 tournament raised a record-setting $62,000 for SUNY Potsdam students.
 Honeywell of Liverpool generously supported scholarships at the recent 21st Annual SUNY Potsdam Scholarship Golf Classic as one of three Summit Sponsors. This is the company’s fifth annual sponsorship of scholarships at SUNY Potsdam. Renzi Foodservice of Watertown was a top sponsor of the 21st Annual SUNY Potsdam Scholarship Golf Classic at the Potsdam Town & Country Club. Renzi Foodservice has generously sponsored the tournament for six consecutive years, thereby creating opportunities for numerous students. Buck Supply and Distribution/HON of
Plattsburgh and Chicago, respectively, participated in the recent 21st
annual SUNY Potsdam Scholarship Golf Classic as one of three Summit Sponsors.
Their generosity and that of dozens of other sponsors made possible a total of
