Brasher Falls Woman Gets Felony DWI |

MASSENA, NY - Winthrop-based State Police arrested Rachel D. Foster, 44, of Brasher Falls yesterday following a traffic stop on South Raquette Road in the Village of Massena.Police say that Foster failed to signal a left turn and then drove her 1997 Buick Skylark up on to the curb, overcorrected and crossed into the westbound lane before being stopped by troopers. Foster then failed all sobriety tests administered and was tested with a BAC of .26% according to police. Foster was charged with Felony DWI, Failure to Signal Turn and Failure to Use Designated Lane. She was arraigned before Judge Gustafson in the Village of Massena Court and released to reappear on October 20th, 2009 at 1:30 p.m.
