Police say that Collins is alleged to have stolen $428.77 worth of property from the Sears store in the Salmon Run Mall in Watertown.  Police also indicated that she was foundto have an outstanding warrrant for Violation of Probation stemming from a January 2009 conviction for Criminal Possession of StolenProperty.

Collins was arraigned in the Town of Watertown Court before Justice Capone and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building without bail pending her appearance in County Court.
