POTSDAM, NY - Potsdam Village Police Department ticketed 4 individuals Saturday Night/Early Sunday morning:Joshua K. Robert, 18, of Norfolk, NY - ticketed for Speeding (60 in a 30) on Sandstone Drive. Joseph Aland, 24, of Stamford, CT - charged with Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on Sandstone Drive. Alexander J. McAndrew, 19, of East Hardwick, VT - ticketed with Open Container and Underage Possession of Alcohol with intent to consume on Elm Street. Timothy P. Ashley, 26, of Waddington, NY - ticketed for Failure to Turn as Required, Driving While Intoxicated on Leroy Street.
