CARTHAGE, NY - State Police based in Carthage arrested Logan M. Moore, 16, of Natural Bridge following a fight in a residence in the Town of Champion. 

Police allege that Moore struck 18-year-old Jeffrey D. Carr in the head with a vodka bottle causing a 2" long laceration to his forehead.  Moore was charged with 2nd-Degree Assault and 2nd-Degree Reckless Endangerment.  

He was arraigned in the Town of Champion court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.
