MORRISTOWN, NY - Ogdensburg-based State Police arrested Mitchell Cook, 48, of Heuvelton on Tuesday.Cook was charged with two counts of 2nd-Degree Harassment following an incident that allegedly occurred on Main Street in the Village of Morristown. Police say that Cook threatened to harm an individual and shoved another individual. He was issued a Criminal Summons to appear in the Town of Morristown Court this afternoon at 4:00 pm to answer the charges.
