Cogdill was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Speeding, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, 3rd-Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, and Failure to Stay in Designated Lane following a traffic stop on State Route 131 in the Town of Louisville.

Police say Codgill was found to be in possession of a glass smoking device and a metal grinder, both with marijuana residue.  Cogdill was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Louisville Court on October 14th, 2009 at 5:30 pm.
