GOUVERNEUR, NY - Esther A. Watson, 22, of Syracuse, NY was arrested today on charges of 2nd-Degree Assault and 4th-Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon. Police say that the charges were the result of an investigation into a stabbing that occurred on August 25th, 2009 at approximately 11:20 am at a residence off Jonesville Road in the Town of Hermon. Watson allegedly stabbed her boyfriend, Willie Davis, 19, of Syracuse, NY, in the back during a domestic dispute. Davis was transported to EJ Noble Hospital where he was treated for the injury and released. Watson was arraigned in the Town of Fowler Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Faciliy in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.
