CANTON, NY - The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department arrested Timothy E. McGregor, 25, of West Stockholm today on an arrest warrant from the Potsdam Town Court for 2nd-Degree Forcible Touching.According to police, McGregor grabbed a child under the age of 14 in an intimate part of the child's body. McGregor was also charged with violating his parole. He was currently on parole for a sex crime and is categorized as a level one sex offender. McGregor was arraigned in the Town of Potsdam Court before Justice Sam Charleson and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.
