MASSENA, NY - Winthrop-Based State Police investigated a two car personal injury accident at the intersection of SR-37 and the Haverstock Rd. in the Town of Massena:  

Brandon J. Snell, 20, of W. Stockholm, NY was cited for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign after police say he ran the stop at the intersection of Haverstock Road and State Route 37, entering the path of an oncoming vehicle driven by Cassaundra Phillips, 18, of Hogansburg, NY.
