John C. Beebe, 19, of Malone, NY - ticketed for Unathorized Colored Lights on Vehicle (blue ground effects) on Elm St.

Leslie G. Sturgeon, 18, of Potsdam, NY - ticketed for Operating Without Headlights (at 11:23 pm.) on Elm St.

Stephen A. Bush, 19, of Potsdam, NY - ticketed for Inadequate Taillights (police indicate lights hard dark covers) on Pierrepont Ave.

Carol E. Simpson, 58, of W. Stockholm - ticketed for Speed in Zone (50 in 30) on Maple Street.

Ethan D. Ward, 19, of Madrid, NY - ticketed for Speed too fast for conditions following an accident in which police indicate Ward's vehicle left the roadway, crossing the sidewalk and striking a parked vehicle on Sandstone Drive.
