 MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Paul J. Young, 43, of Winthrop, NY after a traffic stop on County Route 49 in the Town of Stockholm early Saturday morning.
Police indicate that at the time of processing, Young had a BAC of .12% and was charged with the following: Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC over .08%, and Consumption of an Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle on the Highway. Young was presented with Appearance Tickets for the above charges and released to reappear in the Town of Stockholm Court on May 20th, 2009 at 7:00 pm.
