OSWEGATCHIE, NY - Ogdensburg-based State Police indicate that, while assisting Border Patrol with a traffic stop on County Route 6, they arrested 4 individuals.Lindsay M. Brown, 20, of Heuvelton, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. John R. Lajoy, 23, of Rensselaer Falls, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Sierra M. Rainwater, 21, of Ogdensburg, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Justin R. Butler, 18, of Rensselaer Falls, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. All four were issued tickets returnable to the Town of Oswegatchie Court on September 2nd, 2009 at 6:00 pm.
