(AP) — Coach Sean Payton says the New Orleans Saints had no trouble handling the distractions of the franchise's first ever Super Bowl week.

Payton says the weeklong trip to south Florida was similar in some ways to the game the Saints played last season in London. Payton also noted that the Saints are used to going on the road to practice.

Early in 2008, with Hurricane Gustav approaching the Louisiana coast, the Saints spent a week practicing in Indianapolis for their regular-season home opener back in New Orleans a few days after the storm hit.

While preparing to meet the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, Payton says there's been little time for family this week except for dinner out on Thursday night.
