My wife is doing fine but more convinced that she is due for cancer after her visit today. Physically, she is fine now but the day is coming. Today she went to her doctor who takes care of her bone problems and also called for her surgery that found the possible cancer. I guess it was bothering her quite a bit since she was driving very erratically today and she is normally a very good and safe driver.

I answered one of your posts on CD last night but haven't been back today to see anything there.

Speaking of McCaughey, she was on Hannity this evening and claims to have read both of what are being called the Congress's health care bills and she says the outside healthcare spending is in the last half of each of them. Do you suppose they could have thrown in a lot of pork in those things knowing that they were so long that nobody would read through them? Since I am sure that these bills have been written by lobbyists and taken over by Congress people I believe all those words.

I am fine, in most ways. Physically I was fixed by my surgery that I am sure glad came before Dems got control to thow we old people on the scrap heap. Now I have to keep myself in good shape to keep things from wearing out any more than is needed.

Girl, you are right about the Congress and they are cutting their own throats. I have been listening to many conservatives today and I have become convinced that there is a chance they can make this thing work for them but I don't really think they can do it.

We only have one liberal and he is not really into things today. Maybe you could be the last straw that breaks his back since he isn't really a liberal.

Hornet I don't think they have the "GUTS",gumption or fortitude to hang in there. Jim Marshall is a prime example. They all want to straddle the fence and "Protect" those seats they are going to lose come election time.

The MSM and left leaning blogs aren't going to say anything about the red line through the swastika since that may make Nasty Nancy look bad. She knew about that when she opened her mouth but also knew that she wouldn't be taken to task about it, and she was right.

I think the Blue Dogs did, indeed, turn into Lap Dogs back there a few days ago, but I am pretty sure that after going home and seeing how much chance there is for re-election if they hang out with Pelosi and gang on that bill they will come back with renewed vigor. I wonder what they were offered to get their support. It must have been very good.

The Blue Dogs seem to have joined up with Nancy and surely it is because she has threatened to not allow money for their next campaigns from the national party. They just don't seem to be performing as I thought they might. She has run too much through the House with ease for them to have been serving the people who elected them.

Where do you take part these days? I just never could get excited about that other Macon site.
